Attractive, comfortable and spacious, 3 bedroom modern house in peaceful location and with lovely views of the river Severn, within walking distance of the historic market
town with all its amenities and in the other direction along the river is the local golf club. Fishing is possible on the river in season and there is a walking and cycling path to Ironbridge, home of the Industrial Revolution recently voted one of the top UK tourist attractions

The house is calm and restful, well equipped and tastefully decorated with a lovely sunny kitchen overlooking the back walled garden and river and woods. There is a good size double bedroom and a home office with a built in double bed in the wardrobe and a single bed at the bottom of the house.

We have a resident cat who lives here and would need looking after- neighbours would feed him if you went for short breaks elsewhere while you were living here.

We have 2 newish adult bikes for you to use and a car swap can be arranged.

About the location

Bridgnorth itself is a tourist destination. Has its own funicular railway to travel from low town to high town. Also Severn valley railway steam trains run from Bridgnorth to Bewdley and Kidderminster. Lots to do and see in local area including rural Shropshire and urban West Midlands. Stratford Upon Avon is a short day trip away. Not far from border with Wales and within easy access of beautiful, unspoilt, walking countryside. We also have a cottage in Wales available at certain times of year for a non-simultaneous exchange
