The kitchen opens out onto a small very green garden, perfect for summer breakfasts, whilst an open fire makes for a cosy winters evening.
We have two little folk, so there are plenty of toys, bikes and books to borrow.

Conveniently located near increasingly trendy Peckham, our three bedroom home is a fantastic base for visiting London. Only 15 mins on the train to Blackfriars (Shakespeare's Globe, Tate Modern, South Bank) 10 mins to London Bridge (Borough Market) or 15 mins to Victoria (Buckingham Place and the West End)
Peckham's burgeoning creative arts scene has lots to offer, Franks' Roof Top Bar, open air cinema and the Bussey Building is the tip of the South East London iceberg, or alternatively Greenwich is a 20 min bus ride away, if history is more your thing . Queens Road Peckham is 10 mins walk away, where the East London Line can whizz you round to east London and trendy Shoreditch.
Peckham Rye park is a short stroll away and the new local "Beer Shop" has a fantastic selection of locally produced Ales.
