Casa Cipressi is a recently renovated traditional Tuscan farmhouse settled on the hillside amongst olive groves, meadows and woodland. Casa Cipressi consists of 2 adjoining villas; Villa Olivo sleeps up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms, and a kingsize sofa bed in the living area. The fitted kitchen and dining room make this the perfect villa for your self-catering holiday. We also have an adjoining villa next door which is suitable for couples. Villa Castagna sleeps 2 people in the luxurious master bedroom. With the en suite bathroom, large kitchen and living space you can enjoy the perfect romantic getaway.
About the location
The House is in central Tuscany and is in an ideal location for visiting Florence, Montecatini Alto, Montecatini Terme, Lucca, Siena, Pisa, Viareggio, San Gimignano, Cinque Terra and the Chianti Trail, all of which are in reach within 30 minutes to an hour & a half's drive. The house is set in 5 acres of land with olive trees, a chestnut forest and a stream running through. It is very secluded but Montecatini Terme and the hypermarket is only 15 minutes drive. There are several very reasonable (child friendly) local restaurants near the house and there is a local grocery store just down the road. .
