My new home is on a farm just outside the popular Frome town in Somerset.
Set a mile of the road in 30 acres of land with horses roaming and a river nearly surrounding the property.

It is beautiful , quiet and secluded and yet 20 minutes from Bath City and walkable to Frome town which is funky full of cool coffee shops, independent designer shops and restaurants.

I am bordering Orchardleigh golf course and wedding venue although have a private entry to my farm.

Suitable for families, well behaved dogs only.

I have 2 other on-suite bedrooms along with another extra bedroom.
Huge living room, big kitchen and two big private gardens back and front of the house including river access for fishing trout!

I have chickens so daily eggs free of charge!
