Old farm house
This is a charming old farm house which has been fully restored. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, another bedroom has a queen sized bed, the third has a bunk bed, and the fourth a pull out sofa. One of the three bathrooms has a shower, another a tub, and the third has only a sink and toilet. There is a washing machine but no drier or dishwasher.
A car is necessary.

About the location
The house is located in an olive grove about one mile from the nearest village there are food shops, small cafes and a gasoline station. It is about 10 miles from Perugia and 5 miles from Lake Trasimeno where there are beaches and restaurants. Itis a perfect spot for taking it easy but it is in eay reach of many of the important cultural sites in Tuscany and Umbria. Opportunities for good eating and wine abound.
