House in Falmouth
Our house is a semi detached 1930's house with front and rear gardens. There is a big trampoline in the front garden, and the back in sunny and private with a verandah. There are two double bedrooms, one large (4') single bedroom, box room with single bed, music room with small double sofa bed, and in the attic there is carpet and a velux with a lovely view, but no real standing height and two single mattresses on the floor. This has always been used as our overflow/sleepover/couchsurfer space. Would suit teenagers or older children who would not fall down the ladder in the night!
About the location
Falmouth is a small town but busy a quite cosmopolitan due to a large university, busy dockyard and thriving tourist industry. We live 5 minutes from town, with restaurants, shops, cafe's and cinemas, and five minutes from a range of lovely beaches. We are about three minutes from the local branch line which has half hourly connections to Truro, our nearby city and main train line to London and the north.
