It is a large house 2 miles from the city centre. I would vacate my bedroom, with enquire and my lodgers (a couple) would remain. The house is large enough with large live in kitchen and 2extra reception rooms. The garden is large with veg plot.
About the location
It is semi rural as we are on the edge of woodland but also near local food shops. Winchester is a very old town and the original capital of England. It is the home of King Alfred.
