Our home was constructed in 2006 and is aproximately 300 Sq M. The house sits on an acre of grassed lawn with a decking area to the rear with seating & table and chairs (with childrens sandpit). There are views to Croagh Patrick from the property and sea views from upstairs master bedroom. Internally the property has modern decor with high gloss german kitchen and porcelain tiles.

About the location

Our home is aproximately 6 miles (less than 10 minuite drive) to Westport. Westport is a very popular tourist destination. Our house is within walking distance to Croagh Patrick and Clewbay. The house is along the route from Westport to Louisburgh which has many sandy beaches and is highly scenic. There are two bars and restaurants within walking distance to the house. There are several bars and restaurants in both Westport and Louisburgh. Suitable day trips all less than one hour include; Connemara, Clare Island, Achill, Galway City, knock shrine, Leenane.
There are several watersports available locally and tourist activities including mapped walking trails. Westport house theme park is very popular with families.
