Detached villa with pool

We live on a small urbanisation close to the town of Benitachell. We are approximately 3 miles from the sea and beach areas of Moraira & Javea.
The property has fabulous views towards the Cumbre and town.
The villa has three bedrooms the main being en-suite, a large lounge, separate kitchen and maya which is split half in and half outside for eating.
We have a larger than average pool and spacious tiled area for eating outside.
The area is ideal for bbq's and we have a kamodo Joe.

About the location

The urbanisation is approximately 200 hundred villas a mile from a typical Spanish town. The urbanisation is a mixture of British, Spanish, French, German, Dutch and Belgiums. Most are owned with some owners renting out during the summer.
You will need a car as the closest supermarket is in town and the beach areas are 3 miles away. Both Moraira and Javea have great restaurants and are extremely popular in the summer.
We would also like someone to look after our fox terrier dog and cat. The dog will be nearly 10 and needs minimal attention.
