Beautiful house in the center of Leeuwarden!
The house is located in the center of the city Leeuwrden, and I live here for 30 years with lots of pleasure! My house has a living room, three bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has a single bed. I have a nice little garden with beautiful flowers. Because the house is located in the city center of Leeuwarden there are a lot of fun things to do. Furthermore I have all the facilities at home what you need: washing machine, coffee maker, theakettle, cooking facilities, two toilets, and all other stuff you need! Unfortunately my dishwasher doesn't work anymore. But what is more fun then discussing the day during doing the dishes!

About the location
The area I live in is, as I told, the center of the city Leeuwarden. At first you might think: Where is Leeuwarden? Well it is located in the north of the Netherlands and Leeuwarden is chosen to be the European Cultural Capital of 2018, which means that there are a lot of fun things to do in Leeuwarden! Also Leeuwarden is chosen to be the City of Taste during 2015. So there going to be a lot of cultural things to do, but also food will be everywhere! ;)
And only 1,5 hour drive by car there is our capital city: Amsterdam! Where we ofcourse have the Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank Huis and more! If you have any more questions, please don't be afraid to ask!
