Casa Union is a new, light and clean house surrounded by a big garden of + 600 square meters / 6500 square feet. It is situated in the nicest part of Oaxaca, San Felipe del Agua. The house, our garden and the spacious terrace offer a magnificent view on the mountains.
The two levels of the Casa Union have a total surface of 200 square meters / 2000+ square feet. The house is light and spacey with a wide living, a fire place and a dining section, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 comfortable and light double bedrooms (8 sleeps), 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet.

Rafael, our gardner keeps our garden beautiful. It grows mango, banana, orange, lemon and avocado trees next to the cactus area, the flambojan and many other beautiful local plants. Your central place will probably be garage’s roof terrace offering space, sun and/or shadow and a beautiful view on both, the mountains and the garden.

A ping pong table offers an opportunity for some physical activity and peaceful competition.

The view of the house and garden are oriented towards the valley and the mountains. You can enjoy a far view from the living, the main bedroom, the garden and the terrace and – maybe even more spectacular – from the roof. 

About the location

The city and municipality of Oaxaca de Juárez, or simply Oaxaca, is the capital and largest city of the Mexican state of the same name. Not only the city center is on the World Heritage list, but also many sites around. Oaxac is located in the Centro District in the Central Valleys region of the state, on the foothills of the Sierra Madre at the base of the Cerro del Fortín extending to the banks of the Atoyac River. This city relies heavily on tourism, which is based on its large number of colonial-era structures as well as the native Zapotec and Mixtec cultures and archeological sites. It, along with the archeological site of Monte Albán, were named a World Heritage Site in 1987. It is also the home of the month-long cultural festival called the "Guelaguetza", which features Oaxacan dance from the seven regions, music and a beauty pageant for indigenous women.
