Nice house in Boadilla del Monte

Our house is open plan, light and spacious. Kitchen, living room, small full bathroom and a room (currently not used) on ground floor with a small garden and terrace to the rear, and a small area with a bench to the front. On the first floor there are two large and very light rooms with a balcony, one of them is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
There are also two further bedrooms, both with bunk beds, plus a bathroom.

There is a big playroom on the basement and a toilet, plus garage for 2 cars.

About the location

We live in a lively small city with lots of convenient shops and a wonderful range of restaurants and informal places to eat . We are 5 minutes walk from Boadilla Centro light-train station or 3 minutes from a bus stop. Madrid center is only at 15 Km.
You can reach Madrid city center in 30 minutes.
You can also reach cities like Segovia or Toledo in 1 hour by car, Boadilla sits by the M-50 and near the M-40.
