we offer a modern 2 bedroom apartment located close to Marina, restaurants, railway and bus stations and shopping. The apartment has all mod cons including air conditioning and fans for all year comfort. The main bedroom and lounge open on to a large balcony(115m). The apartment was builtin 2007 and has lift and security access.

About the location

Cleveland is located on the coast, south of Brisbane. The place has a village feel, but with access to all shopping, coffee shops and restaurants only a walk away. Stradbroke Island can be accessed by ferry. The Gold Coast and many National Parks are within an hours drive. The weather is moderate to hot. 32c in summer 22c in winter. We often have another retired couple visit us while on exchange.
