A quiet and pleasant flat which overlooks the city - Paris

Our apartment is located on the highest hill of Paris, in the district of the Park of Buttes Chaumont, one of the biggest park of the city, in the north east of Paris. It is a modern apartment with 2 terraces (8 M2 and 5 M2), where you can lunch and dinner which overlooks all Paris.

In the apartment, there is one bedroom for two persons, a "bureau" where two persons can sleep in a sofa, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The Park of Buttes Chaumont is at 200 meters from our home.

By subway, which is at one hundred meters from the flat, it takes 10 minutes to reach the historical center of Paris. The flat is quiet and there are many shops and restaurants around. To reach the stations"Gare de Lyon", it takes half an hour, "Gare Saint Lazare", a quarter of an hour, We would be happy to make a simultaneous exchange for a couple of days, one week, or two weeks during our holidays. We have made five exchanges.

We can offer you both (if you have pleasure to go to country for some days to see trees, little hills, the sea ) an house in Normandy in a little village which name is Vieux (Calavados). It's a two story family house (200 M2) in a very big garden where there are other family houses. This family house is located at 10 kms from Caen, 25 from the sea and 30 from landing beaches. There are furnished 3 double bedrooms. It is very comfortable. in this case, exchange car is possible.

About the location

The area offers a lot of "bars", cafe, and many kinds of restaurants : you can taste,for instance, good French, Asiatic, Italian cook, but also good vegetarian cook... or if you prefer, you can eat in a brasserie for an affordable price or take a brunch. You can appreciate french wine discovering some "Bars  vin" which are very numerous near our home. We can tell you about the park of Buttes Chaumont, which is very beautiful where you can take a walk, climbing a little bit on the little hills every day and and drink or dinner inside when you are tires... It is very charming and quiet, far from the noise of the city. And I forget to tell you, you could find clothes to buy in stylists' shops....
