It is very modern and functional space. We within walking distance of two large parks and Woodberry Wetlands which has two large lakes. We are within walking distance of Stoke Newington which has an array of cafes and restaurants and a short bus from trendy Dalston and train from central Hackney.

We live in a very safe inner London area where many people can be seen walking around the local streets. It is well connected to public transport options - buses, trains and tube and these link to any part of London.
