Casa Jacaranda.... the paradise of the sun and the sea!

Jacaranda House is built as cortijillo and community is part of a private, intimate and restricted access (through barriers) where serenity is always present.
Prepared to accommodate 6 persons Ground floor has a porch connected to a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and patio. If we go up the stairs will access two bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces.

The house has all the amenities for a perfect stay.
In the living room we can find a fireplace, TV, DVD, heating and stove, table games ...
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, blender ...). Kitchenware also includes: dishes, glassware and cutlery, to develop in comfort breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The three bedrooms are equipped with double bed (there is an extra bed in one of them) with memory foam mattresses and pillows to provide a comfortable rest. They have both towels and home lingerie for each occupant.
On the outside we can find a barbecue and an iron butane to further exploit the nice weather. On the porch there is also an outdoor shower and a place for a car.
The community pool, and restricted access (through magnetic cards), is right in front of the house and consists of toilets, parasols, besides having a pool lifeguard and child.

About the location

Jacaranda House is located in the south of Spain, in the province of Almeria. It is built in the heart of the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata-Nijar, in one of the best places in the town of San José. Its strategic position and privacy we provide peace of mind.
