Penthouse with terrace plenty plants in downtown Barcelona, has 70 Sqm. near the Sants street plenty of restaurants and shops.

We live in this house every time and it has everything, kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven gas cooker and all kitchen utensils.

There`s a living- dining room, 2 bedrooms, one with King bed and other smaller with two beds, one bathroom with hot and cold water, shower, and laundry with washing and dryer machine.

The most beautiful at home is the terrace 24 Sqm with plants and flowers.
It`s air conditioning ( only in July and august ) and central heating and a good wifi.

About the location

Sants is a neighborhood plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, marquets, is near the Sants Central Train Station. There are buses, metro (50 m).

It`s a 10 minute walk to the Camp Nou Stadium FC. Barcelona.

You can see Magical Source Montjuich the special building "La Pedrera", the Casa Batllo and the Sagrada Familia built by Gaudi.

If you like go to the Beach is about 20 min. by bus.

You can visit museums and Tibidabo.
