We can offer our lovely brick home which is situated in the riverside suburb of Viveash, in Perth’s Swan Valley region

The house, is very comfortable for winter or summer living, as it has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. It has three bedrooms one with double bed, another has two single chiropractic beds ( They lift at both ends,) + 1 more bedroom of a good size. They all have built in robes. It also has a comfortably furnished theatre room with 75 inch smart tv. The living area is open plan with a large island bench in spacious kitchen, with gas cooktop and electric oven. There is also a microwave. There is a dining area and comfortable lounge, with another large screen smart tv. An alfresco area at the front of the house is the highlight, as it overlooks the riverland and Swan River. There is only a small garden at the front. To the side there is a lovely enclosed swimming pool, great on those hot days.

About the location

Our area of Viveash is adjacent to the Swan River, that flows through Perth and onto Fremantle where it enters the Indian Ocean.
The riverland just across the road is great for all kinds of activities, walkers, Joggers, cyclists and water activities such as kayaking, cannooing etc. People even fish from the river.
On the opposite side of the river to us is Sandalford Winery and also Mandoon Winery. On weekends in summer, the Captain Cook River Boats come up from Elizabeth Quay in Perth, bringing people to the wineries for lunch and dinners.. Sometimes they have concerts over there, and some quite famous artists have played there,
Recently it was Jimmy Barnes and his band “Cold Chisel”, and “The Ten Tenors” have played there too. Next Feb 2025 “Icehouse” is playing at Sandalford.
In August every year, the White Water competition takes place from Northam to Perth. All the boats go right past on the second day. This race now attracts enthusiasts from all over the world.
VIVEASH is also close to Midland and a half hour away from Perth by bus or train. There is a large shopping Centre in Midland too, called Midland Gate.
