Hi, our home (150m2) is atypical. It`s a renovated old 3 storey house from the 19 century (old cobler `s House). On the 1st floor, there is the kitchen with a table where you could eat, (18m2) one bedroom (double bed, 9m2) with a private bathroom and a beautiful living room/dining room (24m2) with a renovated stone wall (there is a convertible sofa where a couple could sleep). On the first floor, there is an other living room/office (30m2), a bedroom (3 single bed, 18m2), a bathroom and toilet. On the last floor, there is 2 bedrooms : one small for our baby and one with a double bed (for the parents).
On the outside, you will find a 3 levels of garden : a big space in front of the house with a garage and space for cars. You `ll find 2 little and nice garden behind the house more private with a table where you can eat.
The house is own by 3 owners : there is this big house and 2 others owners of 2 small flats (they have a différent access for the house, you `, you ll not cross them or heard them, we feel like in a private house).

About the location

The house is located very close (by foot) to :
- the train station (Conflans-SAint-Honorine, Ligne H, connected to Saint Lazare (center of Paris) in 25 min),
- a nice park (the garden is located in front of the park),
- to the center of town (with all shops, restaurants)
- the dock (for a nice walk)
