Beach front apartment in Santa Eulalia - Ibiza

Our beautiful seafront apartment is ideally located on the Promenade of Santa Eulalia Del Rio.Ibiza, Baleares. Spain.

This family town has earned a reputation to be the islands favourite for great restaurants and bars, not only that, but it comes with art gallery's, designer boutiques and interesting shops.

It also has a superb Marina with many restaurants and cafes. The long sandy beach slopes gently into the sea and is kept spotlessly clean so it is ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

All the amenities of supermarkets, cafe's and restaurants are within a few minutes walk..may we add there is also a 'Restaurant Street' 5 mins. walk away with many varied cuisines.

The apartment has lift access. Set away from the road overlooking the paseo and the Sea. The accommodation comprises 1 bedroom, and 1 good sized bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer etc. A fitted kitchen with washing machine, iron, gas hob and small electric oven. Free... high speed internet,

A spacious lounge with the latest 40" smart TV and Blue-ray DVD player, in addition. The apartment lounge and bedroom have magnificent views from the picture windows across the sea, to the mountain.

There is one balcony with terrace furniture runs the entire length of the apartment so that the bedroom has access as well as the lounge.

Luxury Double bed and Air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom there are all the facilities for a comfortable, enjoyable self-catering holiday.

The actual apartment you would be staying in has been newly decorated and had new air conditioning in Bedroom and Lounge and new Toldos (Canopy shades fitted) New luxury Mattress and bedding etc.

No need to worry the apartment will be lovely when you arrive.

About the location

The Countryside in Ibiza has changed very little over the years and there are some wonderful walks and great day trips where there are ancient olive trees, and Finca's

Catch the ferry (4 minutes walk away) to Ibiza Town or the Hippy Markets. And a fabulous trip on the local ferry to the Island of Formentera ( 1 hour trip) 30 Euros return in 2017

Note:
There is a very cheap local bus station 5 minutes walk away and plenty of Taxi's which we would recommend from the airport
Parking is available for free (DAY & NIGHT) on the 2 large open Public car parks approx.10 mins pleasant walk away.
During the day the meters are useful for 2 Euros for 2 hours.
