Semi detached bungalow in quite village 4 mins drive to York - Bishopthorpe

Our home is modern and compact. We have a small garden and parking for 2 cars. 3 people live in our home and we have one dog who will be in pet care. We have all the standard appliances including dishwasher and tumbler dryer. We live on a very quiet estate with mostly families and retired people. We have one king size bed. One double bed and a single bed in three separate rooms. And a garden room with a pull out double sofa bed. We have a bath with a shower over it. In our kitchen we have, gas hob and separate head high double oven, microwave and fridge freezer. We have 1 4 seater sofa in the living room, large flat screen TV with Netflix`s, sky and Amazon Prime. Also WiFi.

About the location

We are really lucky. We live 2 minutes walk from Bishopthorpe Palace where the archbishop of York resides. Our village is mostly families and retired people. We are on the main bus route to York city centre which takes 20 mins and costs £12 all week! We have a river with small marina which is also home to Bosuns Restaurant. 3 good pubs which all serve food. Bishopthorpe has some small shops, 2 cafes, a post office and a grocery shop a hairdresser, barbers and bakery. It also has an excellent free play park. We also sit on the York to Selby cycle track. Excellent for keen cyclists.
