About the location

Medium sized coastal town within the Cape Town Metropole and Western Cape Winelands. Within 20 min from Airport and 30 min from Cape Town City Centre. Lovely long white beach for safe swimming, kite surfing, surfing, kayaking, reef fishing, boat launching directly in front of apartment. Long promenade for walking and cycling. Excellent seafront restaurants, heated indoor swimming pool, shops and pharmacy within 5min walking. Four golf courses can be reached between 5min and 20min.

Gordon`s Bay is our neighboring seaside town (within 8min) with historic Naval Harbor, old harbor with restaurants and yacht club. Residential "Harbor Island" also offers waterfront restaurants. Boats can be chartered or hired from these harbors.

Somerset West (15min) is surrounded with world renowned Wine Estates.
Stellenbosch (within 20min) is an historic University and Wine Hub town with street markets and curbside eating under very old oak trees.
