Great location, near the beach, shops and restaurants - Mazatlan, Mexico

With one of the best locations in all of Mazatlan Mexico, our apartment building sits at the corner of Rio Nilo and Calle Albatros, in the heart of the Golden Zone. Neighborhood is cozy and fairly quiet. Nearby hotels on the beach have great bar/restaurants with open access to the public.

This apartment is just 2 short block away from the main strip on Camaron Sabalo Avenue , where you can catch public transportation or take long walks. You are very close to the beach access, mini markets, cafes, etc. . One parking spot is also provided to each apartment.

This apartment is located on the main floor (no stairs). There are 2 flat screen smart TV`s with Netflix, YouTube access, cable channels and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen if fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning units, and both bedrooms are equipped with closets. There is no pool.
Laundry room is inside the unit with washer and drier. We have beach chairs to take to the beach.

Apartment is on the ground floor at 2 short blocks to the beach.
Walk everywhere or take Uber, taxis or public bus for about 12 pesos.
Friendly, helpful neighbors, expat, tourist and locals` area.
Walk to restaurants, Cafes, pharmacy, clinic, shops, minimarts.
Fresh Market grocery store at 15 min walk.

Simultaneous or not home exchange possible.

About the location

Located in main touristic area 2 blocks from beach nice restaurants and shops...on a quite street but close to action.. It`s in the ground floor so no stairs to climb!
Airport is 30-40 min away by taxi.
