North East London detached family home with garden - North Chingford
Lovely, detached family home with a large, mature garden and gorgeous sunset views over the reservoir.
Fantastic, easy transport links to both the City and the West End. 30 mins to Liverpool Street or 40 minutes to Oxford Circus. It’s also on a night bus route from Trafalgar Square.
A ten minute bus ride will take you to the idyllic and ancient Epping Forest.
The house is a classic, extended 1930s property with a wonderful open plan living space which can also be closed off for a more cosy feel.
The kitchen is fully equipped and although it needs a little updating it is perfectly clean, pleasant and serviceable. It really is the hub of our home and is large enough to accommodate a sofa and a 12 seater table The rest of the house has been refurbished, including a separate utility room.
There are two double bedrooms, one with outstanding views and a small child’s room.
There is an upstairs bathroom and also a downstairs toilet.
The garden is large with fully established planting, including fruit trees and a grape vine. There is both an upper and lower patio and each have tables and chairs. The garden is West facing but as it’s situated in the top of a hill it gets sun all day. There is shade if you need it though!
There is a flat screen TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom and WiFi through out.
The driveway takes one car and there is also free on street parking.
There is a great park just five minutes walk away with good play areas for kids and a miniature train which runs in the Summer.
The high street is a two minute walk and has all you need from a choice of supermarkets, post office, chemists etc and lovely restaurants. There are also a few good pubs.

About the location
Chingford is a leafy, clean, well serviced suburb of London with great amenities.
It sits on the edge of Epping Forest with easy access to both the North Circular and the M25.
The overground train travels through east London to Liverpool Street and a fifteen minute bus ride takes you to the top of the Victoria Line on the underground.
The fantastic Olympic Park and Westfield shopping centre is just a bus ride away.
