Ragusa City Centre

My home is a cozy and full-of-history house where the old and the modern blend harmoniously in a single reality. Located in the heart of Ragusa, it’s a second home (was my grandmother house currently is my swap house…yes, i travel a lot :)) but it is equipped with all the comforts needed for a family to spend a vacation in full relax and long stays and always feel at home.

It consists of 2 levels plus a loft and a mezzanine.

Kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry on one level with a first bedroom in a loft. There is a sofa bed (double), Wi-Fi, smart tv, a small fridge and clima.

Then there is a mezzanine level used as study/work and relaxing area. In the past it was a bedroom, but here the ceiling is typical of tradition so not high. Another sofa bed (single) is also there.

Then there is the other level ( UK first floor) with an en-suite bathroom. Balcony, smart tv, sofa and clima in addition.

Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.

No kids and no pet sorry. The mezzanine is totally open with no child safety features so is not suitable for small kids or pets.

About the location

The house is in the city centre, about 5 minutes from San Giovanni Cathedral and at about 20min walk to the old town so it is very conveniently located in fact is a few steps from the Baroque Ibla , which can be reached via a charming stairway or a bus and, also, at 30 minute drive from Marina of Ragusa and Montalbano places.

Restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets and so on within a short walk.

The house is located in a quite street so you can sleep well!
