Short description: Holiday home for 4 to 6 persons, approx. 78 sqm: living room approx. 34 sqm with open, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (14 and 12 sqm) each with 2 sleeping places, spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, 80 l boiler, Storeroom, terrace, balcony, parking, small garden.

- Sitting area with (sleeping) couch, 2 armchairs, table, TV, dinette with dining table, 4 chairs.
- fridge freezer, 4 hotplates, oven, cupboards, dishes, pots.

Sheets, towels, washing machine are also included. On request we offer cot (1.4m long) with good mattress and baby chair.

About the location

From the house you drive about 5 km to the beaches of Zelena and Plava Laguna with its crystal clear water (blue Unesco flag) and many pine trees, which offer you the choice: sun or shade. It is 7 km to the old town center of Porec and 3 km to the Aqua Park.

Just sit on the beach and enjoy the sun, the sea, the air or walk for miles along the coast. Enjoy the food in the restaurant, drink a good wine, taste truffles and the highest quality olive oil.

Porec is a well-known tourist town with a cozy, historic old town, harbor, basilica, aquarium, market, numerous cafes and restaurants, from simple pizzeria to specialty restaurants.

The city has a variety of shops with plenty of parking (Lidl, Kaufland, Konsum, Müller, Spar ...). The local vegetable / fruit / meat / fish market is open every morning; After shopping you can drink a cup of cappuccino in a market café and watch the action. Always recommended is an evening walk at the harbor or through the old town.
