LOOKING FOR EUROPE

Our home is the perfect mix of traditional Victorian and Modern architecture and is just two minutes from the open spaces of Hampstead Heath, a 790 Acre open park and woodland. We are on a quiet tree-lined road, with great connections to the rest of central London. Our modern, sun-filled living area and kitchen extension completed in 2019, with a British Oak kitchen, under floor heating and vaulted ceiling leads to our private garden.

We have 2 double bedrooms, two single bedrooms over two floors. All the rooms are good sizes. There are two bathrooms and we have a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with a 2 oven range, boiling hot water tap, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. We have the usual TV packages - Netflix, Disney etc and a PS4, with lots of board games and books you can read.
We have a lovely cat who can stay here with you or go for a holiday to the cattery.

LAYOUT

Ground floor:

Sunny and light open-plan living space and kitchen with huge door to our private garden. One large double bedroom, one single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

We`re lucky to have a secluded garden with sun in the morning until late afternoon.

Lower ground level:

Two large bedrooms - a double room with skylight and a spacious children`s room a single bed. This level also has a modern bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer and sink.

- Bathroom towels and swimming towels provided
- The option of a cleaner to visit during your stay
- We have children`s toys and games and books which will be in cupboards but you are very welcome to use them all.

Other things to note
Lastly, we mustn`t forget Gigi, our lovely black cat. She is very cool, never any trouble and has a gentle nature. She`s great with kids and can be kept on the ground floor if you`d prefer her not to have access to the downstairs bedrooms. Alternatively, she can have her own holiday at a cattery if you`d prefer no pets.

All we ask is that you feed her the supplied food twice a day and be nice to her!

About the location

- A welcoming neighbourhood with easy access to great restaurants, bars and gastropubs in Kentish Town, Hampstead, Primrose Hill and Camden.
- A 15 minute tube journey into central London
- 2 minutes away from Hampstead Heath with stunning parkland, playgrounds, open-air Lido pool, swimming ponds and woods.
- Walk to historic Keats House or Kenwood House for a taste of English grandeur.
- We are close to Primrose Hill for pubs, shopping and London Zoo.

There is a corner shops for essentials, a chemist and cafe at the bottom of the road, and ten minutes away is the village-like shopping area of South End Green with Marks and Spencer, fruit and veg stall, pubs, book shop, chemist and enough bakeries to visit a different one each day of the week!

You wont need a car as we are a short walk to the bus stop but we can arrange on street parking for you for £10 a day if you need. There is also an Enterprise/Zipcar hire on the road where you can rent a car by the hour/minute/day. The overground station (Gospel Oak or Hampstead Heath) and tube station at Belsize Park on the Northern Line are a very short walk away.
