Georgian end of terrace house on quiet street leading to the church and `The Sentry` - common land with playpark looking onto open countryside. Town centre with all facilities two minutes away. Galley style kitchen with back door to alley and garden, downstairs loo, dining room, sitting room and upstairs library area, adults` bedroom with double bed, large teenager`s room with double bed, family bathroom and a spare room with a single bed. There are open fires in the dining and sitting rooms. The garden has a summerhouse, seating area and barbecue, a large lawned area with flowerbeds and second seating area. There is also a table tennis table in the adjacent garage.

About the location

Large village/ small town of Moretonhampstead, on the east edge of Dartmoor. Everything you need is here in the town and there are many beautiful walks too without the need to drive. The town is known for its friendly community and the many artists, especially potters who live here. Many, many lovely places on Dartmoor and wild swimming opportunities in the River Dart and Dartmoor lakes. Away from the moor there are beautiful wooded valleys around Castle Drogo and the River Teign with well-marked paths and swimming spots. We are also around 1 hour`s drive from numerous beaches on the north Cornish or South Devon coast.
