Barn Conversion

Our home is a barn conversion in rural Devon. There are 3 bedrooms (one used as a study), living room with wood burner, kitchen and dining area, 2 bathrooms and downstairs toilet. There are 2 double beds so probably more suitable for couples rather than families.

We have a garden and access to a meadow and orchard, the latter shared with other members of our community (10 other homes).

The front of our house leads into an attractive courtyard. There is adequate parking.

About the location

We are close to Teignmouth (seaside), Torquay (seaside) and other South Devon seaside areas, Dartmoor is about 6 miles away (Hay Tor) and Exeter (12 miles) is a very attractive city.

Nearest shops are at Newton Abbot but home deliveries can be organised. There are two local pubs, one a very popular gastro pub.

There are many rural walks without having to use a car.
