Trebant - village family home with character
A 1920`s meets modern Family home. Full of little details and surprises. It has 4 bedrooms. 2 with double beds, one with a single bed and one with bunk beds.
The kitchen has an Aga but there is also an oven and gas hob.
There is a secret bookcase and a loft room accessed by a bookcase and a fireman`s pole!
There is a snooker table which (unfortunately) takes up quite a bit of room in the open plan downstairs area but there is also a separate living/tv room to escape to.
About the location
Trebant is on the edge of the village of Budock Water close to Falmouth and has views of the sea and the Roseland Peninsula with it`s Fraggle Rock lighthouse in the distance. The beach is half an hour to walk or there are loads of lovely beaches only a short drive away.
Falmouth has lots to offer with a lively town of restaurants and bars and is a 10 minute drive. The village is very friendly with a local shop and a nice pub.
