We have lovely outdoor living with indoor out door flow to a deck which has a rural outlook over beautiful farmland.

The main bedroom has a private tiled ensuite and the other three bedrooms have access to their own tiled bathroom.

The kitchen has wall oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
A coffee machine is also available to use.

There is ample parking on the property.

About the location

Beautiful Waihi beach is only a short stroll of 12 minutes to the ocean.
The main beach is 9 kilometres in length of golden sand.
There are many walks and bikes tracks to enjoy.

Our local village is within 800 metres from the home with supermarket, butcher, cafes, gift shops, chemist and more.

Auckland International airport is 2hrs , Tauranga city 50 minutes.
Waihi town 10 kilometres, has a gold mining history, with a historic railway ride to the beautiful Karangahake gorge.

Waihi is the gateway to the stunning region of the Coromandel with interesting little towns and wonderful beaches.

A car would be essential as public transport into the region is limited , however if considering our home, please email to discuss options.
