Ours is a Georgian townhouse in the centre of Devizes, The house is very comfortable, having two living rooms, three bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is also a small private walled courtyard to the rear, ideal for relaxing.
About the location
Devizes is an historic market town in Wiltshire and is within easy reach of the best that the West Country has to offer: Stonehenge, Avebury Ring Circle, as well as the beautiful cities of Bath and Salisbury. The lovely town of Marlborough is very close and Bristol can be reached within an hour, London within two. A car isn`t an absolute necessity as there are good transport links by bus. We have the glorious Pewsey Vale on our doorstep, which is ideal for those wanting to trek or simply enjoy the countryside.
There are traditional cosy pubs and restaurants and an historic museum all within a few minutes walk of the house and cinemas within a short drive. We also have two bicycles which are available for use if required. There’s also the possibility of a car swap.
