On the ground floor there`s open plan living, kitchen, dining area and lounge with log burner and a decked balcony overlooking the valley with its stream and mini waterfall. From the living room the spiral staircase leads up to the minstrel gallery and down to the lower ground floor with bedrooms and bathroom.The large living area with it`s vaulted ceiling, beams, Northumbrian stone and wood flooring has every modern appliance you could need. The doors lead out to the decked balcony with seats and table to enjoy the stream and valley. The Minstrel gallery is so cosy and comfy to just sit and relax, listen to music or read. The main entrance is accessed via the courtyard, the property is set in a lush green valley with hills to wander around and pet lambs to feed. A quaint little stream runs past the Barn and there`s a beautiful enclosed valley to enjoy with its miniature waterfall and dark skies. This is a boutique retreat just minutes from Hadrian`s Wall and numerous activities and attractions in Northumberland, also, the Lake District to the West which is an easy drive as is the Pennines to the South and Scotland a mere 25 minutes away!
