Villa Renza
At Villa Renza time is marked by the sea and its routine, living it or enjoying its splendid view, comfortably from the garden or from the house.
Located within Geremeas Residence, a quiet complex with exclusive and guarded access, Villa Renza is surrounded by its large garden with its particular terraced structure and typical Mediterranean planting, to fit more harmoniously into the promontory on which it arises.
The house is structured on two levels: on the upper floor there are two bathrooms (one with shower and one without), a two double bedrooms. On the ground floor we find a large living room and a large dining area which leads to an eat-in kitchen. Each bedroom has air conditioning.
The entrance to the house leads to an internal patio where the kitchen and living room overlook, there is also a service bathroom.
Outside, on the entrance side, we find a large area used for "returning to the sea", as we like to define it, with masonry benches, a hot shower (reserved) and, of course, a drying rack, large sink, and a service room with washing machine.
In the garden, in the shade of a large olive tree, as per our tradition, an area with barbecue and oven could not be missing, complete with an old round concrete table, a handwashing basin with a stone basin and in a more distant corner another shower (cold only).
About the location
Geremeas is located in the south-eastern part of Sardinia, reachable in 40 minutes from Cagliari with a beautiful panoramic road. A long bay featuring with white sandy beach, surrounded by promontories covered in Mediterranean scrub and by a sea of endless shades of blue.
