Modern, very quiet flat, in nice suburb of Paris - catsitting required

Quiet, bright and modern with 2 large enclosed balconies - very well insulated so doesn`t get too hot in summer (also due to the vegetation outside and the blinds on all the windows) and is lovely and warm in winter. My flat is in a very quiet road (only used by residents due to the one way system and the fact it is away from the main roads) and has views over trees and green spaces outside. The flat is cosy, colourful and comfortable (built 7 years ago) and there is geothermal heating.

All the flat is on one level, no stairs for access either, so perfect if someone has limited mobility (also walk in shower). (I have ticked lift/elevator in case someone selects by that criterion but there is not one - the building has 3 floors and I am on the ground floor).

I have one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a sofabed in the sitting room (please note the kitchen is just off the sitting room (no door) so you can hear the fridge if sleeping on the sofabed). The sofabed is very comfortable for one person - not very comfortable for 2.

I have wifi and desks in both rooms as I work from home sometimes. My neighbours are quiet.

There are also communal gardens (and a playground behind the flats - but you need to go up a lot of steps to get there). I have 2 bikes that you can borrow - bike storage area next to flat (but please make sure that you have insurance for this and don`t leave them outside overnight).

IMPORTANT - I have a cat - she is an indoor cat so needs her litter tray changing daily and feeding. She also likes to play. She sleeps in a cat tree in the bathroom.

ALSO IMPORTANT - Mobility issues - I would like to invite my mum to join me on my house swap. She has quite limited mobility so a house with a ground floor bedroom or a flat with a lift would be perfect. Your home needs to be accessible without going up (many) stairs or a steep hill etc. Ideally a central location or near a bus stop/station etc.

I would like to do swaps of 1 to 2 weeks - now looking for swaps in 2025.

About the location

Bagneux is a vibrant, international suburb of Paris with excellent street art. I am on the edge of Bagneux, Sceaux and Bourg-Reine (15 minutes walk to the RER stations of Bourg-la-Reine and Sceaux or less than 10 minutes walking and by bus).

It takes 20 minutes by RER B from Bourg-la-Reine station into Paris, 30 to Notre Dame, 35 to Gare du Nord and trains every 2 to 10 minutes. I am also 20 minutes on one of 2 buses from the new metro station at Bagneux. The area my flat is in is mainly for families and is quiet.

Bourg-la-Reine and Sceaux have excellent food shops and markets, I have several supermarkets less than 10 minutes walk away and many bakeries. The Parc de Sceaux (designed by the same person as Versailles) is 20 minutes walk away. Sceaux has a great swimming pool with 2 small pools and one large pool about 15 minutes walk away.
