The house comprises a former small cottage dating from about mid 1700`s which has been extended into former farm buildings to create a spacious four bedroomed home.

It has a large kitchen/diner, a cosy beamed sitting room, in addition to a spacious a light modern reception room, which was a former barn. There is a woodburner/Esse stove in the kitchen and a woodburner in the sitting room, in addition to central heating. There is Starlink Wifi.

Upstairs, there a family bathroom with shower over the bath and a separate loo plus a shower room. Downstairs is a utility and loo.

There are four double bedrooms, two with a king size bed and two with a double bed.

The house has grounds of 7 acres and a garden with pond together with a covered outside area with a fire/BBQ.

We also have outbuildings for the storage of bikes etc.

We are located in beautiful countryside, 10 minutes` drive from Hay on Wye, renowned for the Hay Literary Festival and its bookshops.

There are many walks nearby in the Brecon Beacons National Park including the Offa`s Dyke Path. Hereford is about 35 minutes` drive.
