Our home is a fifth-floor apartment (1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen + balcony) close to the Port of Nice and the old town.
Our light living room includes two sofas (one normal + one pull-out day bed). The kitchen: induction cooktop oven, dishwasher, washing machine. The bathroom: bathtub and shower combined

About the location
We are located 10 min walking from the Port of Nice and 20 min walking from the old town. The area around offers great restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets.
We are also well connected to two Tram lines (T1 and T2) and to the train station Nice Riquier (8 min walk) which is very convenient for taking trips around the region (5 min to Beaulieu-sur-mer with sand beach, 25 min to Monaco, 35 min to Antibes etc.)
