Small flat with garden in the Whisky Capital Scottish Highlands
Our flat is above our restaurant (closed) - small as the building dates from the 1800s. But there are 2 bedrooms and it`s very quiet in a rural village.
The flat has a couple of offices so would also suit digital nomads - a small upstairs kitchen and a main kitchen downstairs. The bathroom has a walk in shower and toilet. You can sit outside weather permitting in our large garden.
About the location
Excellent position for whisky enthusiasts. If you would love to discover the Speyside whisky area and the Highlands we are very well situated with access to castles, trails, coastal walks and distilleries within driving distance. You can use public transport but it is more complicated - to take full advantage it would be better to have your own car. You can easily drive to Loch Ness, Balmoral Castle, Isle of Skye, etc...
There are 2 small grocery stores in the village (one very well stocked in whisky) and a whisky shop. As you see Whisky is the priority here.
You can also take it easy and do nothing with walks around the village and in the locality.
