The living room has two large settees with a TV. This is an 'upside down' house so the kitchen and living room are upstairs and there is also a toilet with shower/bath on this level.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms available, one double with en-suite bathroom, and one double. There is also a ground floor toilet.

There is also a garage that includes bicycles, golf clubs, bbq set, seats for outside and other leisure equipment.

Portballintrae in situated in the heart of the Causeway Coast and Glens, known for its spectacular scenery where there are stunning beaches and rugged coastal walks. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Portballintrae is 5km from the UNESCO World Heritage Site at the Giants Causeway, and 3km from the world famous Bushmills Distillery. The house also boasts easy access to many other major tourist attractions including; Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge; The Dark Hedges & Ballintoy (Game of Thrones film locations): Dunluce Castle, Rathlin Island and the seaside towns of Portrush and Portstewart.

For the golfer, there are numerous golf courses nearby. Less than 1km away is Bushfoot Golf Club and Royal Portrush Golf Club is 7km away. Also close by are Portstewart and Castlerock golf clubs.
