LAKESIDE RETREAT

Beautiful well designed, warm and comfortable home overlooking Lake Dunstan. Depending on the season, three outdoor areas for relaxing in, two fireplaces and also underfloor heating. Walking and bike track in front of the house which will take you into Cromwell town and further. Access to kayaks to explore the inlets around Pisa Moorings, or just try some fishing from the front lawn.

We`re keen on doing a long term exchange over 2025 even if it`s made up of two or more.
Happy for exchange of car also as you will need one to explore around our area.

About the location

Unique Central Otago! 45 minute drive to the stunning scenic and adventure playgrounds of both Queenstown and Wanaka. Hit the ski slopes of Coronet Peak, Treble Cone, Cardrona or Remarkables ski fields, all accessible for a day`s excursion. Plenty of biking and walking trails - Dunstan Cycle Trail which connects up to the Otago Rail Trail. And for the adventurous and serious trampers, easy access to Milford, Keplar, Routeburn and Hump Ridge Tracks, Roy`s Peak and many more.
And/or - just visit the numerous vineyards and winereies of the area.
