Spring Walk

I live here with two female friends and my brother. We are a cheerful, sociable group that keep the house clean between ourselves and with the assistance of a lovely cleaner.

We have a garden with flowers and veg beds, and like to grow. We have outdoor furniture and a pair of BBQs.

I renovated the house 3 years ago. My bedroom (where you would stay) has a ridiculous comfortable combination of foam and spring mattress. There is a desk in the room, with desk chair, a separate chair, and cupboard space available.

About the location

Situated on the Chicksand Estate, built in the 1950s in the post-war era, this lovely estate has a nice big green space out the front and the house is essentially situated on a quiet cul de sac, overlooking that green space and the skyscrapers of the central Liverpool St business area of the City of London.

We are a 3 minute walk to Brick lane, which is a tourist and Londoner hotspot with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, exhibitions and vintage/new fashion shops. We`re also roughly a five minute walk from Whitechapel station, arguably the most well-connected station in London, with Elizabeth / District / Hammersmith & City / Overground train-lines giving excellent connections across London. Whitechapel Gallery is nearby, and V&A`s children`s museum outpost in Bethnal Green is a 15-20 minute walk.
