An old building (1898), a flat with high ceilings and partly wooden floors, one room with a balcony, bathroom & a lovely spacious kitchen. One of the rooms will be used by a friendyl flatmate who works there for a couple of hours Mon.-Friday during the day.

About the location

Prenzlauer Berg is central, attractive part of Berlin with a history of being home to intellectuals and artists. The flat is situated close to Mauerpark. Shops, supermarkets, organic food markets are all in walking distance of approx. 5 min. So are public transport stations (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram). The street is mostly quiet.
