In the heart of the up-and-coming district of Leipziig-Lindenau is the lively Karl-Heine-Straße with bars, cafés, cinemas and event venues such as the Schaubühne Lindenfels and the Felsenkeller Leipzig. The district is also known for its 19th century buildings, many of which are still empty or covered in street art. The Leipzig cotton mill in the industrial district of Neulindenau further to the south-west is a large art centre with galleries.

It’s near to the inner city center. With bike or car you can go to different lakes in 20 minutes.
