Unique Somerset Town, Wildlife Reserves, Cycling, Walking and Glastonbury Festival.
Comfortable, light and airy home, with contemporary decor and a south facing back garden. Three bedroomed (two bedrooms and a home office) in a quiet road in Glastonbury, Somerset. Eco grid off road parking at the front of the house to enable EV charging and private parking by my garage. Two minutes walk to main bus route.
We have good broadband and both myself and daughter have worked from home in our home office. I currently have one double bedroom and a single in the guest room, I can add another single bed to the second bedroom. There will be wardrobe space in both rooms for guests, cabinet space in the bathroom and free cupboards in the kitchen.
A bus stop taking you to Bristol, Bath (one change), Wells, Taunton and Yeovil is 2 minutes walk away.
If you want to swap for Glastonbury Festival, there is a shuttle bus from Glastonbury to the fesitval site in Pilton (6 miles away). Details of which are on the festival website.
There are some great walks and cycle routes in the area. Cycling is very popular in the area, its a lovely way to see the countryside. We are on National Cycle Route 2. Electric bikes are available for hire in Glastonbury https://glastonburyelectricbikes.co.uk
If you want to explore the U.K. by train to Bristol Temple Meads Train Station is directly on the bus route that leaves from a bus stop 2 minutes walk away, or you can get a taxi to Castle Cary Station.
If I am swapping abroad my car would be available. It is 2008 Renault Modus semi automatic. Not swish but reliable. You would have to get your own insurance because the only insurance company I could find nationally that would take none EU or UK licenses is Adrian Flux and Stirling Insurance. You will however be covered on my comprehensive breakdown cover.
