Downstairs, there is a large well equipped open plan kitchen diner with wood- burning stove, separate WC, living room with sofas and TV, a separate dining room and a large utility/ garden room.
Outside is a large garden with garden furniture and a vegetable patch. There is off-road parking for 1 car.

About the location

Barham is situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Beauty. It is midway between Canterbury ( 20 minutes drive) and the seaside towns of Dover and Folkestone. The village has a well equipped shop, a church and a pub, all within walking distance, as well as other pubs, cafes and restaurants a short drive away.
There are countryside walks directly outside of the front door as well as walks further afield such as the Elham Valley Way. Local attractions include Canterbury with its cathedral, historic buildings and museums, Dover Castle and the Kent coast with its many seaside attractions.
