Our comfortable and detached family home can cater for up to 8 people, comfortably. All recently renovated, it 4 double bedrooms (the primary bedroom has a dressing room and en suite), an office, a large playroom / chill zone with a double sofa bed, a large open kitchen with sliding doors to the garden, living room with fireplace, dining room with a table to seat 10, utility room, upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet / cloakroom. We have a lovely garden and a driveway for 2 cars. It is our permanent home, so has all the comforts you would expect to find.

About the location

Located in a quiet cul de sac near fields and woodland, within walking distance of the local town which has shops, restaurants, bars and a train station. From here, there are direct trains to Liverpool, Manchester and Manchester airport. You can also get a quick train to Runcorn, where a direct train to London is only 2 hours. We are within 90 minutes drive of the centre of the Lake District and only an hour to the Derbyshire and Staffordshire countryside and Peak District. From the hill by our house you can see the mountains of Wales and Snowdonia in the distance, just an hour's drive away and you are also only 30-40 minutes from beaches and holiday town resorts such as West Kirby, Formby and Blackpool. It is the perfect venue for those wanting to explore all England has to offer from a central location. There are numerous rivers, lakes and meres nearby for water sports or fishing and walks and hikes straight from the front door.
