Next to a Forest Reserve

Located in a gated community next to a forest reserve. The house is over 3 floors with the guest room and utility on the ground floor, Living, dining and kitchen on the first floor and 4 bedrooms on the third floor.

The garage has space for two cars and there is a deck at the back overlooking the jungle. Monkeys are regular visitors. Must be able to tolerate a few insects now and again as its is next to a tropical rainforest.

I have a live in helper who may be available to assist with cleaning and any household issues.

About the location

Kota Damansara is a suburb which is about 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur and can be reached by mrt, taxi, e-hailing rides or car. In itself it has plenty of restaurants, bars and cheap eateries. No one will go hungry here. Besides that, it has the usual range of shops and a mall or two nearby.

There are several hiking trails in the forest and there is also a gated park nearby with a lake and playground.
