Located South of the bustling capital of Lima, our home offers a retreat where one can unwind and recharge.
Bullt in 2023, our home is a modern home with an open floor plan, that incorporates the outside garden with the main living and dining area on the 1st level of the house.
In the lower level a personal exercise area is available along with a working desk and sofas perfect for relaxing and watching movies projected onto the white wall.
The 2nd floor offers the privacy needed to rest even when visiting may be taking place on the lower levels.
Our home is adaptable for family time as well as for social gatherings.

About the location
Punta Hermosa is a surfing community located just South of Lima.
There are 7 walkable beaches within the District:
Playa Blanca, Playa Negra, La Isla, Playa Norte, Senoritas, Caballeros and El Silencio.
Our home is located just blocks from the Pacific Ocean and from the town center where a variety of restaurants, boutiques, and stores can be found.
