Our home is a modern, semi-detached family home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Downstairs there is an entrance hall, kitchen/diner, small bathroom and large living room with wall mounted TV, comfortable corner sofa and direct access to the back garden. On the middle floor there is the main bedroom with a super king size bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a king size bed, a third bedroom which has a toddler bed in it and finally the family bathroom. The top floor is the fourth bedroom which is currently used as our office and it has a sofa bed, walk in wardrobe and an en-suite. The house has a garage and off street parking. The back garden is well kept and setup for some outdoor cooking opportunities.

St Albans is often described as one of the best places to live in England, being both a beautiful historic mini city with excellent green spaces, pubs and restaurants AND being just 20 minutes on the train from central London. Our house is located on a quiet and friendly estate moments away from Verulamium Park which has lakes, children's play equipment, sports facilities and reputedly the oldest pub in England. Walking 10 minutes through the park leads you to St Albans city center with a large selection of bars, pubs, restaurants, independent shops and the Cathedral. London Heathrow and London Luton airports are both approximately 30 minutes drive away.
