Large airy house in beautiful Javea

Our large airy house with garden and swimming pool is just 5 minutes drive from the fabulous Arenal beach and too many other wonderful sight to mention.

We moved to this lovely house build in 2009 from the Murcia area at the end of September 2024. Sadly it was a repossesion and has been empty for over ten years so we have a long list of jobs over the next few months. This started with the garden which we could hardly walk across and is now clear ready for landscaping, new air con and boiler. By summer we will have a lovely new kitchen and decorate/finish furnishing other rooms as well as having the pool up and running.

We do have stairs from the large drive to the garden with a secure gate.
